• All orders require payment in full before production begins.
• Order information submitted by customers, including names, ranks, dates, and other personalization details, is the customer's responsibility for accuracy.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Production and Delivery

• Production time varies based on order complexity and current volume. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.
• Shipping times are estimates and delays may occur that are beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is shipped.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and creative elements produced by RANDE WORKS LLC remain our intellectual property.
• Customers may not reproduce, copy, or duplicate our designs without written permission.
• Military insignias, emblems, and related designs are used in accordance with appropriate regulations.

6. Return Policy

• Our separate Return Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• Claims for defective products must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
• No refunds for customer-provided information errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

• RANDE WORKS LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated.
