Defective Products
If you receive a defective product in materials or craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Contact must be initiated within this timeframe for us to address the issue. Please include photos of the defect and your order information when reporting a problem.
Customer Information Errors
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds if incorrect information was provided by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect names, dates, unit designations, or other personalized details. Please carefully review all information before submitting your order.
